Great information in those links on testosterone. I like those natural products that help improve testosterone levels. Keep up the good work.
I don’t like to promote any specific products but I like to use the ZMA tablets and find that they give me a massive boost to lift heavier at the end of every set and superset. The ZMA can also aid in muscle repair through the night and can act as a sleeping aid but I have yet to see any of these results yet.
How do you know if OTC Testosterone Boosters are actually working and not doing more harm than good. I mean they must go through the liver before getting converted correct?
Very true about the testosterone enhancers. I noticed when testosterone products taken by itself, it will increase estrogen levels making one fat. I personally think that T-Bomb is the only product that I’ve encountered that has anti-estrogen inhibitors.
A pretty impressive testosterone article. I’d like to add that testosterone levels approaching the lower end (300) are much lower than a male needs to be in top form. The problem is most Doctors in the US consider 300 to 800 normal. From my own experience I’ve found mine needs to be between 500 and 600 to feel in top form. More Doctors should consider the negative effects of lower testosterone levels.
I´m 47 years old and I think that the use of testosterone boosters make sense if you are a little bit older. I do a lot of bike riding beside the weight training in the gym and since I use products like ZMA and Tribulus my strength results improved. Sorry for my English, my origin is Germany.
