Great article on the benefit of working out in the morning. I’ve been considering switching my workouts from after work to the morning for a while. I’ll have to give it a shot.
I agree with your article on bodybuilding.com that it’s tough to get over 8 hours of sleep per day.
I try to get a full 8 hours, but usually I can only get in about 7 (I usually just don’t get tired)
Sleep is an extremely important part of bodybuilding, but for average people who aren’t competing and are just trying to get in shape, 7-8 hours is usually good.

I read most of your posts and they seem interesting. I am passioned about weight loss and living a healthy life and try to do as much research as possible. Keep up the good work!
Nice read. I know early morning cardio helps keep my metabolism burning through out the day.
I completely agree with 3 of 4. I am not convinced about the cardio method of fat burning. Whether it comes in the form of “fast walking” or hard bike riding. I have argued for years that before you can make this claim you have to take into consideration how much cardio someone may already be doing. If I do 20 minutes of cardio 3 times a week for the cardiovascular and healthy heart benefits, do you expect me to believe that adding more cardio ups my “fat burn”? I don’t think so. My point is that IF you do absolutely nothing physically and then begin a cardio routine, TEMPORARY weight loss will occur. But this would happen if this person took up “gardening” as well. But if you are already an active person, trying to lose fat or weight by doing even more activity is unrealistic, not efficient and not permanent (if you lose any more fat at all). Reducing calorie intake and adding muscle mass to the body is the only way to efficiently and permanently lose fat.
this is an awesome article and i would like to add my own points to reduce the weights.usually avoiding sugar and oils would make us to loss wight and also the other possible way is to eat only thrice a day with specified quantity.

The first thing you need to do is to perform a lot of endurance exercises ( like running, cycling, swimming etc. ). You need to do them regularly.. It is very important to lose some extra pounds.. and it is not so hard.. You just need to stick with your routine! But remember to perform the exercises with LIGHT weight, due to the safety and effectiveness of exercises. If the exercises seem too though for you, just drop down on weights or repetitions. Also in addition to training program, you can use some muscle building supplements, like whey proteins, or try out some fat burners.
